Ready-To-Run Equipment

Testing

The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) consist of the following actions:

  • > A pre-FAT visual and dimensional verification.
  • > Hydrostatic pressure test.
  • > Verification and/or calibration of the individual instruments.
  • > Verification of EDI operation.
  • > Verification of PLC software functions, simulation and visualization of actions and alarms.

When we say 'Ready-to-Run equipment' we really mean it. The responsibility for successful implementation rests with us – not the customer.

Pure Water Group provides all-round support for Ready-to-Run equipment, including testing, commissioning and hand-over. This ensures that customers experience the smoothest possible transition from ordering to operating.

Our EDI modules are compatible with every brand of Reverse Osmosis system. Together with standard plug-and-play design, this means they can be connected quickly and easily downstream of any new or existing RO plant.

You can always rely on the fact that all of our pre-engineered EDI equipment is thoroughly wet-tested in the workshop according standard FAT procedures.

Certification

Following testing we then ship the modules with extensive documentation, including compliance certificates. Comprehensive, English language documentation packages include:

1. CE Declaration

2. Certificates

3. Utility Schedule

4. Installation, Operation & Maintenance Manual

5. Process & Instrumentation Diagram

6. Electrical Diagram

7. Lay-out Drawing

8. Valve Schedule

9. Instrument Schedule

10. Equipment Schedule

11. Process Monitoring Sheet

12. Consumables & Spare Parts

13. Storage device with Standard Documentation and Sub-Suppliers Documentation

Our aim is to instil complete confidence in our customers that the equipment will function correctly and reliably when integrated into their systems. In fact, customers are welcome to witness their particular FAT at the allotted time, allowing them to observe modules complying with the functional specifications and control philosophy.

Following the test schedule the customer can be fully assured of the long term performance of each EDI system.
