The closing force measuring device is an electronic measuring device for power-operated windows, sliding roofs and doors in the automotive sector and for sliding steps in the rail vehicle sector. It allows measurements up to 600 N with a spring stiffness of 10 N/mm. Its uncompromising design combines precision with practical robustness and ensures accurate measured values even after years of use in harsh environments.
For measurement set-ups in testing and production, quick and easy execution is of great importance. For this purpose, Drive Test has developed software that drastically reduces the measurement procedure and the effort required for documentation. With just a few operating steps, the measurements can be loaded into a PC, evaluated, exported and documented. We provide suitable interfaces (e.g. Microsoft® DLL or National Instruments® LabVIEW) for integration into an automated test sequence.
