Both tensile and compressive forces can be measured with high accuracy using the force gauge. Tensile and compressive forces are frequently measured in testing laboratories, for example, to determine yield strength, tear-off force, or the force required to operate buttons or switches. The force gauge is supplied with an external load cell and can measure forces of up to 20 kN. Various eyelets or hooks with M20 threads can be attached to the load cells. It is also possible to attach custom devices with these threads to the load cell.

The 32 GB internal memory offers space for 30 million measurement points. This allows measurement reports to be created, saved, and exported. The force gauge features a USB-C interface, which can be used to import the measurement data into PC software. The force gauge is equipped with a graphic LCD that displays the measured values both numerically and graphically. In addition, a bar graph displays the measured value within the selected measuring range. The load cell is IP67 protected and can therefore be used even in harsh industrial environments.

Various force test stands are available for adapting the force gauge. A special feature of the force gauge is the ability to exchange the measuring cell between models. By entering the sensitivity in mV/V, all measuring cells can be used with a single handheld device.
