The movement analysis of rotating machinery is quick and easy with our stroboscope. The stroboscope is equipped with 8 high-power LEDs that together produce a light intensity of 17,670 lux at 20 cm / 1,000 Hz.

With the stroboscope, you can precisely adjust the flash frequency in both FPM and Hz. The stroboscope is pocket-sized and, thanks to its battery, is also battery-independent.

The stroboscope is intuitively operated via 10 buttons, allowing for quick adjustments. The phase shift allows for variable shifting of the observation point. The pulse width can be used to adjust the duration and thus the intensity of the flash frequency. In the settings menu, you can select the display brightness as well as a timeout for the display to extend battery life. The stroboscope is delivered in a service case with a USB-C charging cable.

When input trigger mode is activated, the device synchronizes the flashing frequency of the LEDs based on the provided input trigger signal (or with the output trigger signal). A rising or falling edge of the signal to be synchronized can be selected. In output trigger mode, the device generates a PWM signal with the selected frequency, duty cycle, and phase shift.

Route measurement mode allows you to use a series of predefined settings for frequency, duty cycle, and phase shift, navigating from one point to the next without having to manually adjust the values at each point. The device allows you to save up to 15 routes with a maximum of 10 machines per route and a maximum of 5 points per machine.

Stroboscopes are indispensable tools for monitoring and inspecting production lines, for example, in the printing and textile industries. They are also useful for general maintenance and inspection tasks in all industrial sectors. They also enable non-contact speed and vibration measurement: If the flash frequency of the stroboscope matches the movement frequency, the measuring object appears stationary.
