The sound level meter is a small handheld device with many functions such as peak measurement, Leq value calculation and adjustable measuring ranges. In addition, the sound level meter can freeze the largest measured value with the MAX function so that you can really judge whether a limit has been exceeded. The special feature of the sound level meter is the Leq value which, after entering a time, displays the equivalent continuous sound level, i.e. the time average of all sound events within an observation period.
The memory function offers 99 locations which can only be called up via the sound level meter. The backlit display makes reading easy, after 10 minutes without operation the sound level meter switches off automatically.
A battery symbol indicates when the three AAA batteries need to be changed. The class 2 sound level meter is used in the workplace, e.g. for noise protection of employees or simply for quick measurement of ambient noise.
